A company built on clarity
Strategos Analytics was founded on a single frustration: revenue teams have more data than ever and less clarity than ever. Deals slip without warning. Forecasts are built on gut feel. Accounts that need attention get lost in the noise.
Revenue Navigator is our answer to that problem — an intelligence layer that reads the data teams already collect and surfaces what actually matters. We are still early, which means the people who join now shape not just the product but the way we work.
We do not have unlimited budgets or household-name brand recognition. What we have is a real product, real customers, and a team that takes the work seriously.

Every feature we build is evaluated against one question: does this help revenue teams make better decisions? We do not ship dashboards. We ship direction.
Small team, real ownership
We are an early-stage company. That means your work goes directly into the product customers use — not into a backlog reviewed by four layers of management.
Defensible over impressive
We do not publish metrics we cannot support or make promises that exist only on a roadmap. We believe trust is built by saying less and meaning more — and that applies internally too.
Async by default
Meetings are for decisions, not for status updates. We write things down, respect focus time, and trust people to manage their own work.
Feedback over politics
We give direct, honest feedback and expect it in return. Good ideas win on their merits, not on seniority or volume.
Customers come first
Revenue Navigator is used by real teams with real pipelines. Customer conversations inform every prioritisation decision we make.

We are not looking for a specific resume. We are looking for specific traits — regardless of background or title.
Revenue domain curiosity
You do not need a sales background, but you should want to understand how B2B SaaS revenue teams actually work — their tools, their incentives, and their frustrations.
Builder mindset
You are comfortable with ambiguity and energised by problems that do not yet have a clean solution. You build things, see what happens, and iterate.
High signal communication
You write clearly, get to the point, and make your reasoning visible. You prefer a well-structured async message over a last-minute meeting.
Craft over completeness
You care about the quality of what you ship — not perfection, but intention. You notice the details that create trust and the rough edges that erode it.
